What is included in the program’s cost?
Lodging during the program (breakfast included) and money necessary for the program (cost of classes, transportation costs for field trips etc.) are included.
However, the roundtrip travel costs from your home country to Higashi Hiroshima will not be covered.

Can students without any Japanese ability join the program too?
Yes, they can. We can create a program tailored for those with no experience studying Japanese, so please consult with us.
What do chaperones need to do?
If there are students less than 18 years old in the program, please have a chaperone (educator) accompany them. If participants are all students above 18, while a chaperone is not required, before your arrival in Japan, please decide a group leader who will play the central role of liaison and coordination during your stay. During the program, they will only need to know Japanese or English.
I am interested in the program. What is the deadline to contact the HIC?
Please contact us minimum 3 months before the beginning of the training. Depending on the application time, timing of implementation, etc., there will be cases where we cannot offer your desired program. Thank you for your understanding.
